Lawyer - Commercial

We are seeking a Lawyer - Commercial & Property for a well-regarded mid-tier firm in Tauranga. In this role, you'll have the chance to work alongside a seasoned commercial and property partner, delving into a diverse array of legal matters. From facilitating the sale and purchase of businesses to navigating shareholder agreements and property transactions, your expertise will play a pivotal role. Additionally, you'll be involved in servicing local orchard growers, managing subdivisions, and assisting developers in meeting regulatory standards. You will have: 3-5 years of PQE in commercial law is ideal. However, if you have 2+ years of experience, we encourage you to apply as well! Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills are essential. Ability to work both within a team and independently.
