Your Role You will take charge of day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Scheduling tradesmen and apprentices. Managing and training staff to improve efficiencies. Ensuring quality workmanship through quality assurance checks. Managing major projects, including scoping, planning, and budgeting. Overseeing health & safety compliance. Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships. Refining current systems for greater efficiency. Reporting, planning, and auditing. What We're Looking For Qualified electrician with 3+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet. Pride in delivering top-quality work. Experience in commercial electrical work.
