The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial & Pricing Analyst is a key member of the high performing Finance team. This role will partner right across the business providing analysis and insights and supporting the strategic pricing function. More specifically the Commercial & Pricing Analyst is responsible for: Leveraging communication skills, analytical capability and commercial acumen to build effective business partnering relationships with stakeholders across all business functions Working alongside the Strategic Pricing Manager to develop competitive pricing proposals and value-based pricing models – maximising margin while retaining competitive market positioning. Working with the wider Finance team, performing regular budget and re-forecast processes for sales volume and margin Providing reporting, analysis and insights to explain performance and support decision making Identifying and implementing continuous process improvements Your Background Minimum of two years of experience in a finance/commercial analyst role or similar Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting or a related field Experience in reporting and generating insights from data Stakeholder engagement and business partnering experience Strong Excel skills (to a basic SQL level) Your Personable Attributes Attention to detail and a natural ability to sense check data and analysis, taking pride in quality outputs Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships to bring their needs to life through designing and delivering accurate, timely reports and data sets to support business needs Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Problem solving skills Join a top performing business, truly focused on enabling their staff to be the best they can be.
