In addition, provide system support across our key channels and help drive improvements in our customer experience.
Your responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to the following: Lead Direct Delivery fulfilment operations, including the handling of purchase orders and the accurate and timely completion of sales orders.
Review, approve, and manage Customer account requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and always maintaining data integrity.
Collaborate with the Accounting, Ecommerce, Sales, and Retail teams, providing expert operational support and fostering cross-functional partnerships and alignment.
Champion key change management initiatives, including process documentation, stakeholder communication, and the facilitation of organisational change.
Assist with the management of email inboxes and ticket queues, ensuring requests are processed in a timely, professional manner.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for the Accounts Payable team, Sales Team, and Inventory Support Team, driving resolution of issues pertaining to Invoicing/Credit Notes, Customer Onboarding, Sales Order Completion, and Inventory Management.
This is a hands-on role that will also see you identify key themes/patterns in customer feedback and providing recommendations on how to improve customer experiences to reduce inbound demand along with your day-to-day operational tasks.
