Commercial Manager / Commercial Business Partner Our scientific client is looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee 2 x plants and manage a team. You will be responsible for the successful operation and growth of the business by balancing business development, regulatory, compliance, operational efficiency, and financial management.

Responsibilities include:
Commercial management including managing budgets, operational and financial planning for the facilities.
Managing expenses, cashflows, revenue streams, and profitability sustainability.
Reporting and analysis of performance, key metrics, and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention of business.
Business development activities to maximise revenue and utilisation of services.
Continuous improvement in operational delivery and identify potential risks to operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
We are looking for a Commercial Manager or Commercial Business Partner who has strong commercial nous, demonstrated financial skills, and operational management skills. This role will manage a team of 5-7 highly technical team members.
