Parkwood Doors is a large family-owned business that's been around for 30 years. This new role is dedicated to identifying, sourcing and optimising leads for sales conversion in the Commercial building arena, based in our Wanganui office.

The job: This is a key role with a focus on quality lead generation and market analytics for our commercial sales teamHunt large projects with a wrap around approach that includes developers, architects and buildersIdentify opportunities for growth of commercial salesBuilding strong relationships with key targets to be part of their ongoing specificationsBuilding relationships with commercial builders including estimators, commercial managers and project managersEnsuring we are on the tenders list for all commercial builders nationwideCommercial quote follow-up through to purchase order or signed contractFocusing on retaining and growing existing customer business within the B2B marketWorking with internal groups to provide the best service to the customersWe are looking for a permanent, full time person - Monday to Friday, but are open to discussing your situationAbout you: You have previous experience with outbound B2B lead generationYou can demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfactionYou have a strong customer focus and relationship building skillsYou are resilient and self motivated to work in a fast paced business environmentYou can apply yourself to learn our products and services intimatelyYou have strong communication skills, verbal and written, which allow you to effectively build and maintain strong connections with new and existing customersYou have the ability to prioritise effectively and handle shifting needsYou are confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn our specialised softwareMost importantly, you enjoy working in a close team environment with a supportive and respectful cultureAbout us: We manufacture and supply a large range of made-to-order doorsWe have customers spread across NZ and AustraliaWe offer great conditions, including staff meals, an Employee Assistance Program, bonus schemes, and training opportunitiesWe prefer working hard during the week, so our staff can enjoy the weekends with their familiesWhat to do now: If you think this sounds like you then hit apply now and see if you could be part of the Parkwood team.
