Your Role
Lead and inspire teams across all business levels, fostering strong relationships
Dive into management accounting, providing vital insights and strategic direction
Take charge of margin management, driving profitability and efficiency
Deliver effective Board reporting to the CEO & Board, answering queries and supporting strategic decision-making
Oversee debtor management with innovative strategies for retention
Mentor and grow a talented finance team, shaping future leaders
Your Profile
CA, CPA, CIMA or similar professional qualification in accounting
Exceptional leadership and team management and development capabilities
Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis and stakeholder partnering
Proficiency in margin management, profitability enhancement and cost controls
Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and be based in or actively relocating to Christchurch
