Commercial Cleaning - Site Manager

Looking for an experienced commercial cleaning site manager for a well-known nationwide NZ company.This role would require you to manage and oversee one of the company's key client site's commercial cleaning contracts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.This role requires a combination of strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to effectively manage teams, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence.What you'll need to succeed3-5 years' experience as site, field or service manager in delivering clients' expectations and managing operational requirements across multiple sites.Strong understanding of site-specific commercial cleaning operations.Trade or service line-based qualifications are preferred, such as NZQA Cleaning Level 2/3, Careerforce Registered Qualified Assessor, etc.Proven experience in ensuring compliance with relevant H&S legislation, maintaining records, conducting site inductions, and delivering site-specific H&S requirements.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Current and Clean New Zealand Driver's Licence.What you'll get in returnCompany Car + Fuel + Laptop + PhoneWork for a growing NZ-wide company with proven career progressionFull-time/permanent employment - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
