About our client:
Our client, a leading local financial services provider with over thirty years of experience, seeks an energetic Commercial Broker to join their team. Specialising in business and personal insurance, this company is renowned for its trusted and high-quality service.

About the role:
The role is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone with at least five years of experience in General Insurance, covering a hybrid of commercial and domestic products. Familiarity with insurance broking administration is also required.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full life cycle of commercial clients, including annual renewals, inclusions, exclusions, endorsements, and cancellations
Handling complex client coverage with support from a dedicated leader and the wider team
Providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients
Maintaining and developing your book of business
Managing client quotes and renewals
Negotiating policy terms with insurers
You'll have:
NZCFS Level 5 (General Insurance Strand) or ANZIIF equivalent
Top-notch customer service skills
Strong time management and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability
