Commercial Broker

Company This prominent New Zealand-based insurance company who offer a range of insurance including fire and general, personal, life and health, travel and KiwiSaver. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Broker for their Auckland office. This role will also have the full support of a full time Broker Support. Role Managing a book of 250 clients- commercial/SME's  Managing retention of clients and developing the current book Renewal meetings and premium negotiations  Identifying risks and exposures, and recommend cost effective solutions Face to face client servicing  Requirements Ideally 3- 5 years experience as a Broker. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Experience in business development and client retention. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent time management someone who is organised, disciplined and self-motivated.
