Your Opportunity: The Commercial Analyst FP&A/TM1 Specialist(CA) is a pivotal role supporting the Head of Commercial Finance – NZ &China and the wider Commercial Finance team. The CA plays a key role instrategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, utilizing TM1expertise to provide timely and meaningful insights. This position is crucialin driving planning timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting thecontinuous improvement of financial processes.
In this role you will: Build models andtemplates for various financial planning processes, ensuring logical,streamlined, and efficient structures.Coordinate businessunit planning submissions to consolidate the financial position of theVitaco group.Support the preparationof financial data for strategic plans, brand & customer plans, anddetailed budgets.Assist in completingannual budget processes and submissions to management and keystakeholders.Prepare budget loadfiles and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Control adherence toplanning calendars and timelines, identifying, and implementing processefficiencies.Provide administrativeand reconciliation support for the TM1 Planning & Forecasting tool.Maintain master data,tables, and mappings for the integrity of financial data used by TM1.Develop templates andstreamline processes associated with planning and forecasting cycles.Act as a backup for theNZ Commercial Finance team during periods of leave and absence.Support, analyze, andmake recommendations for continuous improvement on financial processes.What can you expect in return?
