How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira Respond to Debt collection agencies to enable prompt collections and improve bad debts. Work with 2degrees customers to ensure repayment of outstanding debt. Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and respond to general queries. Using Collections policy guidelines, determine appropriate collections steps to gain a win/win solution for both 2 Degrees and the customer. Work with the appropriate teams to ensure disputes are resolved within the agreed business SLA's. Flexible working - Hybrid working is here to stay!
