InterCity operates long-haul passenger services in conjunction with Tranzit Group across New Zealand. We are seeking an experienced and professional driver to join our Tauranga based team.
You will be responsible for getting our customers safely to their destinations. Due to the nature of the services, the ability to handle luggage, decipher the manifest and operate our bookings App (training provided) is essential.
This is a permanent position offering a minimum of 50 hours per fortnight rostered on a 4 on 4 off basis.
To be successful you will have:
Experience is preferred but not essential, we are looking for the right person with a great attitude.
Class 4 licence.
A Passenger endorsement or the ability to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive outlook and a great attitude.
High regard for health and safety.
Availability to work a roster with excellent time management skills.
Physically fit as there is some heavy lifting required.
