This role is focused on the design and delivery of strategic initiatives to grow and develop the coach and judge workforce in gymnastics in alignment with the GNZ Coach Development Framework (CDF).Key Responsibilities:Planning and delivering a calendar of development opportunitiesSupporting the network of coach developersProviding support to clubs implementing the CDF at local levelDelivering education events including Coach ConnectMinimum Requirements:Coach development experience at regional or national levelMinimum 5 years coaching experienceStrong administration and organisation skillsThe ability to effectively manage relationships and a strong focus on customer serviceThe ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA positive outlook and a solution-based approach to challenging situationsGymnastics experience is a benefit but not essentialThis role will suit a self-motivated individual with a passion for sport and developing people and their skills so that in turn they deliver great experiences for the people they are coaching or judging.This role is currently 0.8 but has the potential to become full-time in the future.
