Job Description Thefocus of the Cluster HR Manager is to support two AccorInvesthotels in London in the following areas Offer advice to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development and people policies and procedures. Talent acquisition, onboard and induction ofnew hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture. Administer payroll for the Hotelsin accordance with legal requirements and company standards. Arrange well-being strategies that will boost company culture, team morale and employee well-being. Ensure that the hotel is complying withTalent Policies as well as Health & Safety Rules & Regulations Qualifications Available to work from October 2024. It will be a fixed term contract for 12 months. Preferably 3-4 years hotel operational managementexperience. CIPD Qualification preferred but notessential. Effective communicator, and abilityto develop and maintain effectiverelationships with both internal andexternal stakeholders. Strong leadershipability, leading from the front. Passionate about the hospitalityindustry, you will be driven tosupport the team operations whilehelping to develop and mentorTalent.
