Job Description Thefocus of the Cluster HR Manager is to support two AccorInvesthotels in London in the following areas Offer advice to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development and people policies and procedures. Talent acquisition, onboard and induction ofnew hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture. Administer payroll for the Hotelsin accordance with legal requirements and company standards. Arrange well-being strategies that will boost company culture, team morale and employee well-being. Ensure that the hotel is complying withTalent Policies as well as Health & Safety Rules & Regulations Qualifications Available to work from October 2024. It will be a fixed term contract for 12 months. Preferably 3-4 years hotel operational managementexperience. CIPD Qualification preferred but notessential.
