Cluster Finance Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading hospitality management company as they look to recruit for a Finance Manager to oversee a number of their sites on a hybrid basis.
Company: My client is a leading hospitality management company originating from mainland UK. Now looking to expand their remit into Northern Ireland, they are seeking to establish a strong finance team to oversee a number of their sites. This is a great time to join a growing business with plenty of career progression.
Role: Reporting into the Regional Financial Controller, duties of this role include:
Liaising with Owners and Staff to develop and deliver financial KPIs
Preparing monthly financial reports for key stakeholders
Preparation of year-end Statutory Accounts
Overseeing day-to-day finance of each site including AP, AR, and Banking
Working closely with Regional Financial Controller to coordinate all aspects of finance function
Person: My client is ideally looking for a candidate who is/has:
Qualified/Part-Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience Accountant
Background within the hotel or hospitality sector
Strong commercial awareness
Background of working across multiple sites highly desirable
Experience of leading a team
Package: Salary up to £45k (DoE)
