Reporting to the Club Manager, you will be working as part of a tightly-knit team. This job is hands-on, physical and involves supporting the club to deliver a world-class fitness experience to members all the time. Key duties in the role involve keeping the club safe, clean and feeling alive. You'll be the go-to person to resolve issues or provide support to departments and members. So if you're shy, it's probably not your thing. You will ideally have: Genuine interest in people and providing world-class service High levels of energy and be proactive about meeting new people Great banter and a supportive attitude A sharp eye for cleanliness and spotting any hazards around the gym Your own fitness story and commitment to a health and wellness lifestyle - Walking handstands are optional!
