Find out more about us at accenture.com THE WORK: As a ServiceNow ITSM consultant, you will be a part of Agile development team and perform hands on technical development work.
The role will be based in Wellington with hybrid working opportunity.
Deliver end to end automated solutions which include technical implementation of ServiceNow Platform, Core System and Applications Ability to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow Organise and prioritise development effort, interfacing with vendors and management and coordinate with additional administrators Create and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, data imports and exports Translate business requirements into technical requirements for defined user stories.
Provide project team with ServiceNow configuration and customization expertise for defined features, including industry and ServiceNow best practices Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Users, group and role administration including domain separation environment experience.
Ability to identify root cause of ServiceNow performance issues and troubleshoot them.
Expertise in ITSM ServiceNow applications: Projects may require security clearances requirement.
