Our client is a network of hospital-based clinical trial sites with over 20 years' experience in clinical trials in Aotearoa – New Zealand. They test the efficacy and safety of the most innovative medicines, devices, and approaches to advance the standard of health care across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities: Are you an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) with a passion for making a difference to health outcomes? We are seeking an experienced CTC to join our Phase 1 team. Ideally, you will have experience managing Phase 1, Haematology, or Oncology Trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of Phase 1 clinical trials, from planning to execution ensuring regulatory protocol compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date trial documentation, and patient safety.

You will: Be able to work flexibly between approximately 7am to 7.30pm to meet the needs of participants and trials Have previous experience in clinical trial coordination or a similar role Experience in managing Phase 1, Haematology or Oncology commercial clinical trials is an advantage Have attained a PhD, MSc in Biomedical Science or BSc with experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines and regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team - be able to prioritise your own workload and that of your team Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, or physiology Ability to multitask, prioritise and be resilient Excellent IT skills Sound project management skills A critical thinker, and have a learning mindset And for you? 6 weeks leave Birthday off Contribution to your health – gym subsidy EAP services Inclusive and supportive team Please note you need to be living in NZ and have the right to work in NZ to be considered for this role.
