The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead and manage RAPHS health and wellbeing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality holistic care and service for our community. This role is vital in driving the development and implementation of strategic and clinical service plans, fostering collaboration across RAPHS teams, and building meaningful partnerships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee RAPHS clinical services, ensuring they meet quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement service and strategic plans.
Act as a senior clinical lead, representing RAPHS in local, regional, and national settings.
Foster a culture of cooperation and integration across interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure the delivery of services that enhance patient experiences and health outcomes, with a focus on equity for Maori and other priority populations.
Skills and Experience:
Registered Health Professional with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Postgraduate clinical qualification, with leadership/management experience.
Minimum of five years' experience in primary healthcare/community environment.
Proven capability in operational management and service improvement.
Strong understanding of te ao Maori.
Empathetic leadership style with commitment to delivering responsive, whanau-centred services.
Flexibility and agility to support the health workforce in times of reform and complexity.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Full, clean NZ Driver License and current CPR Certificate.
