If so, you might be the perfect candidate as we are on the lookout for a Clinical Quality and Data Analytics Lead to join our Clinical Team.As the Clinical Quality and Data Analytics Lead, a key function of your role is ensuring accurate and reliable clinical data is reported and monitored across the business to inform quality improvement opportunities to the benefit of Summerset residents and the operation of the business. You will also play an integral role in ensuring that Summerset's quality and risk framework is up to date, based on evidence and best practice, demonstrates a person-centred approach to resident care and is compliant with the standards set by the Nga Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard.This role can be based in our Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch office.Working with the Head of Clinical Improvement, the key functions of this role include:Ensuring the accurate monitoring and reporting of clinical data across the business.Using data to drive a quality improvement approach to reporting and monitoring.Contributing to the development/review of clinical policies, procedures and audit tools.Driving and supporting clinical improvement projects and initiatives.Qualifications:To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:Current NZNC practising certificate is an advantage but not essential.Demonstrated skills in project management methodology and implementation of new systems and processes.Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure development in the health environment.Knowledge of relevant aged care standards and compliance, funding contracts, or willingness to learn.Strong leadership skills and an ability to communicate rationale and drive uptake for change.Bi-cultural awareness and the ability to adhere to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.If you are someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is passionate about improving care for residents, and has a commitment to a culture of quality improvement, we would love to hear from you!Additional Information:Come to SummersetSummerset is one of the largest retirement village operators and developers in New Zealand.
