Tu Ora Compass Health is searching for not just one, but two Clinical Pharmacist Prescribers or Advisors to join our team in the Wairarapa on a full-time basis, between 32 and 40 hours per week negotiable with the right candidates. Responsibilities: Support our primary care practice network, offering support with medications, including helping patients understand their medications better, ensuring they are taken appropriately, and are suitable for those with Long Term Conditions. Undertake regular reviews of patients with complex medical conditions. Work collaboratively with the practice teams to support patient management. Who are you? Our ideal candidates will: Be qualified Pharmacists with current APC with no restrictions, with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience. Have applied clinical experience, with excellent applied critical appraisal skills. Possess great teamwork abilities with proven relationship management skills. Be aware of the importance of supporting high-needs populations, including those with Long Term Conditions, Maori and Pacific. Ready to make a difference?
