About you Current NZ nursing council registration Proven practice and advanced knowledge in emergency nursing, Either hold or be working towards post graduate qualification at a minimum of a diploma or/and a master's degree. Advanced communication techniques such as conflict resolution, diffusion and mediation skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills, Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth. Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings. Salary Range This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the expired NZNO Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the Designated Senior Nurse Scale, Grade 2 between Step 1 $116,040 and $127,674 p.a dependant on relevant experience.
