About the role
Achieving the best health outcomes for our patients starts with expecting the best from ourselves, and right now Te Tai Tokerau is looking for a motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiac Rehabilitation to join our Cardiology team.
This is a specialty nursing role facilitating and coordinating the community-based Cardiac Education Programme, utilising skilled nursing assessment of cardiac clients, with the aim of maintaining optimal health and independence.
This is a permanent full time 1.0 FTE position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
The base location for this position could either be mid-north or far-north depending on your preferences and this will involve travel across the region.
Key Requirements
NZ Registered Nurse with a current Practicing Certificate
Relevant Post graduate tertiary qualification or working towards
Designated Senior Nurse PDRP or Expert PDRP
Recent cardiology nursing experience
Current Drivers license
