About the Role: As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll lead and mentor a supportive and passionate team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of care. You'll oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards are met, while fostering a positive environment for staff and residents alike. Key responsibilities include:
