About the Job As a pivotal member of the team, you will: Oversee all clinical activities Manage staffing needs effectively Conduct comprehensive staff education sessions through a dedicated calendar Nurture and empower your clinical workforce, fostering growth and confidence Provide compassionate support to families, addressing concerns and managing complaints sensitively Navigate resident behaviors with professionalism and empathy Collaborate closely with the Care Home Manager We're seeking candidates who possess: Registered Nurse status with a current APC Proven leadership experience in aged care or similar settings Expertise, empathy, and a genuine passion for dementia care Sound judgment and decision-making skills A knack for inspiring and developing clinical talent Exceptional organisation and a methodical approach And in return we provide: Competitive compensation and benefits package Monday to Friday roster with occasional on-call duties The opportunity to contribute to a compassionate organisation committed to quality care and staff safety Robust leadership support for your ongoing success Join us in shaping a brighter future for our residents and their families!
