Clinical Receptionist

A rare opportunity to work in a beautiful, state of the art specialist clinic as part of a dedicated and professional business support team.Dermatology Hawke's Bay is a modern, specialist Dermatology practice looking for a clinical receptionist to join our dynamic, forward-thinking and highly skilled team. As part of our front of house team, you will be the first important step in our patients' journey.Our ideal receptionist will work well as part of a small team, have a passion for patient care, display exceptional customer service and be an excellent communicator. You will have a happy outgoing personality with competent computer and IT literacy skills, as we are completely cloud-based. Attention to detail is a must, and previous front of house experience is essential. You will work closely with a receptionist colleague and be comfortable with dealing with online patient enquiries as well as telephone enquiries and book and triage patients appropriately. You will learn how to manage and file patient referrals, deal with insurance companies and produce invoices.
