Clinical Nurse Manager

As a Registered nurse with experience, you'll be responsible for leading the clinical team at the facility. You'll inspire and motivate the team to maintain our excellent standards.

This boutique facilty is at the heart of the community, come and join the family.

Duties will include:

Providing orientation and learning packages for new staff,
Completing all associated documentation and checklists,
Maintaining a professional waiting list database with high levels of consumer contact,
Completing all reporting requirements and clinical manager orientation checklists,
Ensuring that clinical staff are trained in clinical risks and reporting procedures, and
Designing rosters to best utilize staffing and resources.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

Recent experience in clinical or management in a continuing care hospital facility,
Strong management and administration skills,
People skills with empathy for the elderly and their families, and
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
NZ registration and a current APC
APC costs covered
Ongoing education
Passionate team to work with
Support of the board and community
