This is an opportunity to practice primary midwifery. We provide whanau centred care, to hapu whanau in partnership with their LMC.
The role will be based in the Midwifery-Lead Unit.
Nga Pukenga Motuhake Important Skills

A genuine desire to improve equity for whanau by eliminating barriers and bias that prevent whanau Maori engaging with Maternity services
A well-rounded midwifery experience with a passion for primary birthing
Knowledgeable in working with and implementing Turanga Kaupapa in practice while embracing the Kaupapa of Te Toka Tumai
