We don't follow the beaten path; we create it .
Who We Are:
MindFull Support is an organisation that supports community long-term and short-term referrals from the mental health, intellectual disability, and the social sector in the community. We are predominantly focused on working with youth, introducing mental health support strategies or positive behaviour support.
We provide a highly adaptable service, wherever and whenever needed. With a range of supports from a few hours per week to 24/7 live-in care. We provide trauma-informed support that is strengths-based and focused on moving forward. We work within a recovery framework and follow the Te whare tapa wha model of care.
MindFull focuses on recruiting highly experienced and trained team members who, before anything else, are just simply "good people". MindFull is run within a unique structure, often called upside down, focusing on our support team being involved in the development of the company and the processes we have in place, dissolving some of the usual hierarchy you often find in healthcare. This creates a sense of belonging and ownership in our everyday work.
We are focused on creating an exceptional employment experience, which in turn will provide an exceptional experience for those accessing our services. MindFull wants to change how support is delivered in Aotearoa and be impactful within the sector, challenging the norms of "this is how it is done" and looking for smarter, more innovative approaches.
The role:
In the role of a Clinical Manager, your responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas. Beyond establishing routines and creating support plans for new whaiora while providing team support, you will also offer crucial clinical guidance to our support team and directly oversee service delivery. Additionally, you'll dedicate time to debriefing and reviewing events, and implementing innovative strategies aimed at achieving positive outcomes and mitigating risks. Your role is central to our commitment to empowering individuals by coaching teams to provide positive behavior support.
What we have to offer:
Flexible working hours
Work with an awesome bunch of authentic and genuine people who aren't interested in titles or ego but want to make a difference in the mental health and disability sector.

Ka whakanuia koe, YOU are valued at MindFull; your opinion matters and you have a say on how the company operates, what it becomes and how it approaches support; everyone has an equal voice. At MindFull, it is not about your position; it is about what's best for the people and MindFull as a whole.
