Clinical Manager: Be at the Heart of Aged CareWelcome to our brand new & charming 56-bed boutique care home, where you'll have the chance to create a warm and personalized environment. We've recently undergone a transition, so your first mission will be to rebuild and strengthen our clinical team. This involves guiding both existing staff and new members through the changes, helping them embrace our new processes and vision.Our care home provides comprehensive services, including rest home, hospital, and dementia care, along with physio, speech, and language therapy.We've implemented the VCare system to ensure top-notch care for our residents. Your expertise with VCare will be invaluable, making this an ideal opportunity for a tech-savvy clinical professional to shine in our newly established facility.You'll be leading a team of 8 nurses, a mix of seasoned and junior staff who need guidance and training. They will look to you for clinical support and assistance with timely paperwork completion. Additionally, you'll oversee an experienced team of 25 caregivers.Your first challenge will be to stay on top of care home documentation while training staff to deepen their understanding of assessments, care planning, and wound management.
