Clinical Manager - Aged Care

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Manager with a broad understanding of Aged Care. The key responsibilities for this position: 

Lead and inspire and overseeing the Nursing team
Passionate about the delivery of Service to the older people
Ensure your site is Audit ready
Strong organizational and time management skills
Staff Education and Orientation
Performance appraisal
Promote Caring and Quality to your residents and their families
Clinical Documentation
Quality Management
Health and Safety procedures

 You will have:

Sound 3-5 years Clinical Management experience
Current APC
Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
Indebt Leadership Quality
