We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team and drive excellence in patient care.
As the Clinical Manager in a rural practice, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our primary care medical centre.
You will oversee clinical services, manage staff, and collaborate with the practice manager and healthcare providers to maintain high standards of patient care.
This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities In collaboration with the Board and Practice Manager, develop strategies for the growth and development of the clinical service Provide leadership by motivating, guiding and encouraging team members Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Improve processes to enhance excellent service delivery and operational outcomes for patients and staff Lead the recruitment and manage the performance of clinical team members Fulfil the role of complaints officer for the practice Overall responsibility for recall and screening systems Clinical auditing Develop, review and update clinical protocols, to ensure that best practice is maintained, and Foundation and Cornerstone standards are met We are looking for Registered health practitioner with a current practicing certificate, e.g.
