Our range of community and residential services across New Zealand demonstrates our commitment to creating positive change and helping individuals build a brighter future.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and clinical expertise for all CareNZ services, ensuring delivery of evidence-based care to clients.Oversee clinical governance, policy development, quality assurance, risk management, and service effectiveness.RequirementsA postgraduate qualification in alcohol and other drugs or significant experience in alcohol and drug service delivery, including leadership roles.Experience in developing clinical policies and driving clinical governance.Ideal experience in residential treatment.Knowledge of relevant legislation, including duty of care, safeguarding, health and safety.What We OfferProfessional registration feesSupport with Professional DevelopmentAnnual leave: 25 days (pro-rated)Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
