Ko te turanga mahi | About the role
The Mental Health Clinical Lead will be able to:

Lead a talented team of psychologists and clinicians dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing to our community.
Drive innovation and best practice in clinical service delivery, ensuring the highest standard of care to our clients.
Collaborate with industry leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement cutting-edge programmes and initiatives.
Integrate psychological practice within a Kaupapa Maori framework.

Your high-level experience and professional expertise in counselling is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngati Toa. You will be well practiced with:

The ability to actively engage with all people to sustain productive relationships.
The ability to work within a Kaupapa Maori environment.
The ability to actively work collaboratively across all areas of Te Runanga o Toa Rangatira.
Qualified psychologist with 5+ years of experience and a passion for helping others, preferably with managerial experience and a record of success in clinical leadership.
A team player with exceptional relationship building skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Time management, adept at prioritising tasks and multiple workstreams.
Demonstrates sound judgement, capable of making quality decisions amidst complex and multi-dimensional challenges.
Sharp critical thinking skills, keen observation abilities and problem-solving prowess.
