Responsibilities for Clinical Health Psychologist:Deliver high-quality health psychology services at Southland Hospital.Provide psychological advice and consultations to patients and their families.Manage a diverse caseload involving assessment, formulation, and intervention in anxiety and mood difficulties experienced by patients.Provide psychological interventions that promote rehabilitation and psychological wellbeing.Qualifications for Clinical Health Psychologist:Demonstrate high self-motivation and the ability to manage and prioritize a high workload autonomously.Demonstrate clinical practice in therapy for people with physical health difficulties.Maintain a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and be registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board.Work independently or within a multidisciplinary team environment.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Opportunity for professional growth.Flexible working hours.Access to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
