Our ideal candidate will have experience as a clinical lead in a rural hospital setting with excellent knowledge of medical staff, rostering, and day-to-day operations.A key component as Clinical Director will be providing a high-quality, cost-effective service to meet the three rural Hospitals, Clinical and Organisational objectives.
The successful candidate will be one who is looking to make a contribution to improving outcomes for our rural communities - in particular for Maori, with a focus on addressing inequity.
