Our focus is to provide quality education to the children in our community.BestStart Melling is a fairly new, purpose-built early childhood centre tucked away in a bustling block of business. We go on regular excursions to local businesses and have them visiting our centre to share with the children too!This provides our children with fun, real-life experiences that help them feel connected to the wider community. Reporting to our Centre Manager and working within a close-knit team you will be joining a dedicated team of Teachers who provide quality care and education to our tamariki.Here's what you'll do on a day-to-day basis:Provide amazing care and education to our tamarikiChampion the team spirit and engage in activities that empower and extend tamariki learningFully participate in centre activities across all classrooms and cover staff breaks where necessarySupport centre operations at all levelsThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.Role requirements:Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. An ECE qualification is not required for this role, but a natural affinity with children – especially infants and toddlers, and experience working with children under five is a must.
