Clinical Coordinator - Central Otago

RDNS NZ is on the lookout for a Clinical Coordinator (FTE, 40 hours per week), who wants to be part of our positive presence in Central Otago.
We are in a fantastic growth phase in Central Otago, and this is a crucial role to provide high quality care for our clients in the area.
You will work from your home office and visit clients throughout the region, as such, we welcome candidates based anywhere in Central Otago.

What will you do? No two days are the same for a Clinical Coordinator- this position will keep you engaged by:
Managing a caseload of clients throughout the Central Otago region.Assessing clients using InterRAI assessment tools.Identifying support and rehabilitation needs.Developing individualised support plans to ensure the needs of the people we support, and their whanau are met with care.Providing clinical oversight to our support workers.Building relationships, identifying opportunities, collaborating with other healthcare providers and thinking outside of the box!What is in it for you?
