About the Role This diverse Whakatane based role will see you utilise your clinical, interpersonal and leadership skills as you support the delivery of our client-driven and flexible community-based support services to the highest standard.
This involves initial assessment and regular reassessment of clients; working collaboratively with clients, whanau, and other agencies.
You will develop individual support plans and be responsible for measuring the competency of our Support Workers.
We welcome full time or part time applicants for this position, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, so no shift work or weekend work!
The Ideal Candidate will have: Registered NZ Health Professional with current Practicing Certificate, e.g.
RN, OT, Physio, Social Worker Clinical expertise, assessment and documentation skills The ability to prioritise and manage your time successfully Negotiation and conflict resolution skills The ability to build great client relationships Understanding the Privacy Act 2020 Why join the DRC Team?
