People are at the heart of everything we do!With 25 clinics & an online service across the nation, you will have plenty of support with our central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to help you thrive!As part of Tend, you will have every opportunity to grow your career whilst being supported by a wonderfully experienced local team, in collaboration with our Auckland's Group Clinic Operations Manager.Our ideal person for this role will have:Preference for experience working in primary or secondary care services, ideally in general practiceService management & team coordination experienceStrong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skillsStrong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems (preferred)Strong ability to pick up technology systems with ease is a must.This role will be responsible for:Being the "go-to" person for day to day operationsCoordination of clinical & non-clinical resources onsiteOperational excellence & process improvementOperational needs of daily clinical services.
