As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for:Day-to-day running of the clinicDriving new work into the clinicFollowing leads of new workExploring new work opportunitiesRecruitment of new staffMeeting with suppliersManaging the team and their career developmentLiaising with clientsWorking with department team leaders to ensure the smooth running of clinic operationsThe successful applicant will possess the following attributes:Excellent communicator and demonstrated leadership and HR skillsExperience in managing teams of peopleUnderstands the basic fundamentals of employment lawCustomer service driven and willingness to provide the best possible in-clinic experienceExcellent understanding of business profitability drivers and ability to affect change to achieve desired outcomesComfortable with chasing client debt in line with internal policies alongside clinic coordinatorHigh level understanding of databases and ability to extract and analyse dataHigh standard of computer literacy with various programsBasic knowledge of farming systems and associated technologyThe ability to function in a team and work well under pressureProven time management and prioritisation skillsA tertiary qualification is desired, preferably linked to management; however, qualification by experience will also be viewed favorablyThis is a busy and varied role, working with a great team of caring professionals.
