Our clients are determined to create incredible spaces for people to thrive and love taking their employees on their journey of creation as well as getting them to add to it.About the role:As the key Project Manager on most projects, your role will include scoping, coordinating, planning, and executing the delivery of a range of projects for clients in a variety of sectors. You will operate with their best interests in mind. You could be working within residential, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, and the appropriate candidate will be comfortable running a number of projects at a time (with the support of capable management and dedicated support).All roles will be working Monday to Friday, with WFH options available. Forget weekend work, you'll be doing 40 hours a week with no Saturdays.About you:
Bachelor Degree in Project or Construction Management
2 - 5 years experience in Project Management, ideally on the clientside
Demonstrated ability in the delivery of successful projects, on time and on budget
Commercially savvy with a collaborative mindset
Sound NZ Construction knowledge, ideally with NZIA & NZS contracts
Excellent presentation, encompassing oral and written ability
Worked on New Zealand projects with a portfolio that reflects your skillset
Natural leader with superb time management and organisational skills
Understand the importance of OH&S and adhere to strict safety on site
Able to communicate with key stakeholders and hold the attention of a room
