This role is ideal for a dedicated individual eager to start their career in customer service while working in a flexible, remote environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Maintain a clear and professional communication style that embodies the corporate values of Lansing Trade Group. - **Issue Resolution:** - Identify and troubleshoot client issues, providing timely solutions or escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary. - Record and document all client interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - **Client Education:** - Provide clients with information on our products and services, guiding them in utilizing our offerings to maximize their experience. - Collaborate with team members to develop educational materials that assist clients in understanding our processes. - **Feedback Management:** - Actively solicit and compile client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Work with management to implement changes based on client input to enhance service quality continuously. - **Reporting:** - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on client support metrics and performance. - Participate in team meetings to share insights and discuss strategies for improving client support. - **Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with internal teams—including sales, technical support, and product development—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration. **Requirements:** - **Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - **Experience:** - No prior work experience is required; however, experience in customer service or related fields is considered an asset. - **Personality Traits:** - Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and effectively. - Reliable: Exhibits dependability and consistency in work performance. - **Soft Skills:** - Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage one's emotions and the emotions of others to enhance communication and client interactions. - Decision-Making: Capable of analyzing situations and making informed decisions that align with company policies and client needs. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software and technologies. - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. **Benefits:** - Paid Time Off (PTO) to promote work-life balance. - Free accommodation provided for remote workers. - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates. **Working Environment:** At Lansing Trade Group, we recognize and reward performance based on merit.
