2degrees is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in client support. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary. 3. Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and technical support. 4. Document and track client interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest solutions. Requirements: 1. Independent and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve client issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
