Job Description: KKR is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As a remote work position, the successful candidate will work from home providing support to our clients.
This is an Associate level position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and resolve issues in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Adaptable and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional client support - Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines - Must have access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: - Company equipment provided for remote work - Free accommodation for work-related travel - Paid overtime opportunities Working Environment: At KKR, we foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels.
