Job Description:
Eli Lilly is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to ensure a positive experience
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within client accounts
- Develop creative strategies to enhance client support and drive business results
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on client status and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Motivated and resourceful personality traits
- Strong research and creativity skills
