**Job Overview:**
As a Client Support Manager at Progressive, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients by ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This part-time, remote position demands a professional who is not only reliable and resourceful, but also adept at managing multiple priorities to enhance client satisfaction and support business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify client needs and challenges and offer solutions tailored to their unique situations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to gauge satisfaction and areas for improvement.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to resolve client issues effectively.

3. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Utilize data analytics to monitor client health metrics, engagement, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare detailed reports on client feedback and collaborate with management to drive strategic initiatives based on insights gathered.

4. **Project Management:**
- Oversee client-related projects from initiation to completion ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Manage project timelines, including scoping, planning, and resource allocation as needed.

5. **Training and Support:**
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to both clients and internal teams.
- Create documentation and resources to aid in client onboarding and ongoing education.

6. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights and industry trends.

**Key Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in client support, account management, or a related role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Consistent and dependable in meeting client and team obligations.
- Resourceful: Ability to independently identify solutions and leverage various resources to meet client needs.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
