Job Description: CMS Energy is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a client support role and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional support and building strong relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall client satisfaction.
Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Provide training and support to junior client support team members.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in a client support role.
Independent and dedicated personality traits.
Strong presentation and cooperation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
