Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Client Support Assistant to join our team at Plexure Group in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Presentation skills are a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Benefits: - Medical coverage - Free food - Employee discounts Working Environment: At Plexure Group, we embrace a culture that challenges norms and encourages bold thinking.
